In House Commercial Lawyer | 4-6 PQE | Global Tech Co

Our client is an instantly recognisable business which is continuing its accelerated growth and is a tech supplier to a global client base which includes blue chips, global banks, retailers, and other tech companies. They are looking for an experienced 4-6 PQE commercial lawyer to take on an impactful role where you will be working on high value, high tech deals with instantly recognisable customers. Reporting into & working alongside other Senior Commercial Lawyers, you will be responsible for leading on the drafting & negotiation of terms and conditions both in the UK and internationally with bluechip customers and key suppliers, as well as advising on generalist commercial matters.
